Using the site

Who owns what

The games, artwork, text and code are the work of Mauro Ferrante, unless noted otherwise. Emoji artwork comes from Microsoft Fluent Emoji under the MIT license, and the fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License (see Licenses). You're very welcome to link to any page, share it, and show the games in a classroom.

Tips

Tips are voluntary gifts to help keep the site running. A tip doesn't buy anything, unlock anything or create an account, and the games are the same for everyone. Payments are handled by Stripe. If you tipped by mistake, email hello@tinyhandsplay.com and we'll sort it out.

The guides

The guides share what we've learned as parents and from published research, with sources listed. They are general information, not medical, developmental or educational advice for your child. If you're worried about your child's development, talk to your doctor or a qualified professional.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the games safe, working and available, but the site is provided as it is, and it may change, pause or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from using it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

Other websites

Some links lead to other websites, such as Stripe, Typeform or the sources in our guides. We don't control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
